Tech ordered the part needed. He installed the part only to find out later that the unit was DOA. He made a return trip and fixed the ice maker. He also leveled the refrigerator as a courtesy.

Frank always has done a great job, it's the guy you sent out for my washer a year ago that didn't know anything he used YouTube to work on my washer and flooded my basement out and now your third party company Sedgwick is blaming Whirlpool. The technician crossed the hoses up!
