The technician was very friendly and very quick on the task. The appointment had been rescheduled twice by a different technician however, the gentleman who came to my house today was wonderful. The dryer had quit working. We were unsure as to why because the dryer is still fairly new, maybe five years old. Once he got it taken apart, we discovered the dead snake. Once it was removed, the dryer resumed normal functioning. Extremely happy with the guy who came out.

Our Elite model has broken down once a year for each of the almost 5 years we've owned it; ALWAYS a problem with the 2 pumps. Usually takes a couple of weeks to order parts and install then we are good until next time. This current break down took 1 month, with 2 cancelled appointments on the part of Sears. Despite what we pay annually for the warranty, we were anable to get repairs and spent a lot of money out of pocket to use a laundry mat, which was not convenient at all. When Bronco arrived, he got right to work, did not take long, and cleaned up before he left. So while our experience with this machine is lower than the lowest possible rating, Bronco gets a 5.
