Frank was knowledgeable, professional, kind and arrived on-time. Sadly, the opposite is true of Sears Home Services AI scheduling system. It is brainless, inefficient, inconsiderate, and a total waste of my time.

Frank was quick when he was there. However I had an appointment set on Thursday, waited all day without any updates and finally called at 4:30 only to be met with AI… it was an absolute nightmare. Then having to wait another 3 days for the next appointment while having to entertain family for a whole weekend with nothing but a mini fridge. I don't know how much of that was Frank's responsibility. A call with an update would have been appreciated though.

He was informative. Kind of not friendly at first. Just hoping this doesn't cost me almost as much as buying a new appliance. I don't know about how they work,. Just fix the problem at a reasonable price. .Give a reasonable time frame. I work nights. And the technician did this time.. Tell the customer we'll be there between 8 and 12 or 12 to 5.
