Unfortunately, I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of both their service and customer support. It is evident from reviews on Google and Facebook that others have experienced similar issues. We experienced an issue with the interior and the exterior of our refrigerator and promptly scheduled a repair appointment. The technician arrived on time and assured us that both issues were resolved. However, a few days later, we observed that while the interior issue had been fixed, the exterior issue persisted. Consequently, we requested a follow-up visit to reassess the initial repair. For the subsequent appointment, we were required to remain at home between 8 AM and 5 PM. Despite this, the technician repeatedly postponed the visit until eventually canceling at 6 PM, rescheduling for two weeks later. Again, we had to stay home during the same time frame. Today is the second scheduled day. the technician was originally scheduled to arrive at 9:41 AM but has rescheduled three times, with the current estimated arrival now at 12:39 PM. As of 12:45 PM, after contacting their customer service in Junction City and expressing our concerns, they assured us the technician was en route. However, our access to their service map indicated otherwise. After sharing this discrepancy with customer service, they placed us on hold, eventually confirming the technician was not on their way. They then informed us that the technician would contact us within an hour to provide an updated arrival time. Today is a Friday. Given the technician's current location on the map, it appears unlikely they will assist us today, similar to the previous occurrence. The next available appointment is not until another 11 days, despite our initial service request 45 days ago. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was informed they were unavailable and would only reiterate that the technician was on their way. I insisted on speaking with someone who could provide assistance. They assured me that a supervisor would call me within an hour. However, the hour has passed, and I have not yet received a call. I then asked for a refund due to the unresolved issue, repeated appointment delays, and the urgency of the issue which necessitates contacting another company for resolution. Customer service denied the refund request.

STAY FAR AWAY from them! Same awful no show experience others have shared in their review. Got quote/diagnostic appt no problem. Spent hundreds of dollars on parts and got them delivered. Spent the next month trying to get them to show up for the repair. They constantly were rescheduling the appt with little notice when, you know, most people got to work during the day. Then they no showed TWICE! We took off work for this! The 2nd time we called multiple times ahead to confirm and called several times throughout the day of appt and was reassured each time a tech was coming up until end of day. Was never notified by company otherwise. Paid for a home warranty service that we now are spending hours on phone to cancel/refund because we received ZERO SERVICE for it and it’s obvious now that they do not plan to provide any service. Hours wasted on automated phone calls. Even when you reach a person they were unable to assist in any way. Total SCAM!!!! Update: I love how the company directed me to their Facebook page where all the comments there are just people like me complaining about how they got scammed for appointments that nobody shows up to. 🤣 seriously. This company is and always has been a SCAM! Even their own website has reviews, but there’s no way to add your own. So that’s the only reason why their website has glowing reviews. If you check literally anywhere else on the Internet it’s all reviews like this of people getting scammed with no-show appointments. I even suspect that a lot of the positive reviews on Google are actually fake. You’ll notice that a lot of the positive reviews only have one or two reviews to their account. So that’s suspect.

We scheduled a dishwasher repair recently. The technician was a no show. When I called to find out why no one showed we were told our appointment had been rescheduled for a later date with no reason why. We decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately the same situation happened again today. No one showed and no one called to tell us why.
