Service was ok but pricing to get part fixed when under a 1 year warranty is ridiculous. Diagnostic price was ridiculous as well when he was here less than an hour.

He was difficult to understand. Did not shorten a hose that needed to be done. He was worried about getting to the next person. We hate the AI as it was hard to change or reschedule. Also the wide open time frame is bad, one waits all day and some people have to work.

We called because our dishwasher will not complete a cycle. The technician began a cycle and left, and the cycle did not complete, showing the same error code. So unfortunately, so far nothing has been repaired. Will update if we are able to get another appointment to figure out our issue.

Tech Did NOT fix my dishwasher!! Broke down again in less then 24 hrs later. He was Very unprofessional and had enough never to let out a huge belch in my home and blow out his disgusting breath into the air. Are you kidding me! That is the customer service that Sears is portraying?!? To top it off the tech was to lazy to go out to his vehicle to get his tools so he used my husband's tools!! What the heck!!
