I wasn't there! Hope it's fixed! Sears #Warranty has spent so much money on this Washer. It's absolutely ridiculous. Your customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my whole 57 years of my life. Your computer gal doesn't work right half the time it's a shame that you can't talk to a live person. It's a shame that it's taken since the middle of May to get my washer fixed no wonder you guys have been turned into the Better Business Bureau several times you better get your system fixed or I'm dropping this #Warranty.

He worked very hard to resolve issue and did all that he could to provide at least a temporary fix, but, he said it could go back out at anytime!!!; it is working now. But how long no one knows. I appreciate his efforts.
