Frank , the tech, was very friendly, quick and professional. However, the Sears Ai system sucks. Received numerous duplicate messages from both New York and Alabama phone numbers asking for details of the issue so they could have the parts on hand when the tech arrived but the tech had to come twice, because the parts had not been ordered in advance.
