How can Sears be located in Heritage Park in Junction City Kansas? There is no physical building on the park. It is a call in service.

The technician...Frank...was top notch! I would rate him a perfect 10. However, customer service and your AI system gets rated a 0! AI did not schedule the technician for the scheduled appointment making me miss out on work and a wasted day of waiting! Trying to speak to an actual representative was almost impossible but when I finally was able they gave me about as much information as AI did! When I have paid in full in advance... lost time from work and spent a lot of time speaking to people who have no idea what is going on, I feel I should have been compensated in some way. Never would I use your company again and would discourage anyone else to give Sears a try!

The guy wasn’t bad, really nice until once he “fixed” our washer and it still didn’t work, all he said was “use a shop vac” The company itself? Horrible, worst customer service, worst scheduling issues, we waited over 2 months for someone to come out and fix our washer just for it to still not work. We paid almost $500 for nothing and they refuse to refund us even half of that! Recommend looking for someone else to help you!

This review is not for the service technicians as they both did an outstanding job. However, customer service was the worse I’ve ever experienced. The auto bot was the only form of communication minus chat. Even in chat sessions the tech was sending prewritten messages in most cases had nothing to do with my issues or concerns. Trying to get a refund is out of the question as you never get to talk to a human other than chat only to get prewritten responses. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I would be surprised if this message get read by a person but in case it does, please give me a call. I had two different appointments in which the tech never came and I waited at home all day. I missed two complete days of work, and still have not received my final invoice. To make matters worse, though I had such horrible service the bot still ask if id like a tech to look at another appliance while he’s in my home, and offered me if I wanted to purchase the home warranty service. How can this be if you have not finished what I hired you to do. I can go on and on about the horrific service I received, after writing this I know I will not ever get my final invoice. Stay away from this service. Techs are fine as they do their jobs well if they ever receive the job from the robot. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not use this service. Have been rescheduled 2 times now and today was even worse, instead of getting a reschedule notification, my appointment was confirmed, so I wait around all day, 3pm rolls around and I call Sears, of course I can’t actually get the technician information so I can get an accurate time, and Sears says they should be there soon, OK no problem so I keep waiting, it gets closer to 5pm the end of the window I was told my technician would arrive in, I call Sears again, they say within the hour, OK frustrating now but whatever at least they will show up. 6pm now, still no show, I call Sears again, very frustrated now, and Sears so ”Oh they couldn’t make it. They didn’t show up to work today.” EXCUSE ME??? so why say all day they are going to be there CONFIRM the appointment just to not show up. DO NOT waste your money here, they don’t care about your precious time or money and don’t deserve it anyhow. Absolutely ridiculous, and of course everytime you have to reschedule its days later. This service is beyond trash.

While our technician was wonderful, our experience with scheduling matched so many reported on this site. We were rescheduled over and over after waiting all day for the technician to arrive. It took well over a month for what had been promised as less then a one week repair. Sears does not care about their customer's time. You will always be told the technician will show up sometime between 8am and 5 pm only to find out later in the day that you are being rescheduled. If your time is with anything, find someone else to do your repair work.

This business is fraudulent, and is run by thieves and scammers. A few weeks ago while i was deployed to Poland, my spouse asked them to diagnose our washing machine because it wasn't draining correctly. The tech came out, diagnosed a bad water pump, and asked if she wanted a follow up repair service scheduled. Upon confirmation of the desire for a repair, the repairman added the repair charge to the service call, ordered the part, and scheduled an appointment to repair the machine. When the day of repair arrived, no one showed up. We got on call with this establishment regarding the issue, and were told there had never been an appointment made, and they refused to send a tech out to rectify their mistake, rather attempted to reschedule for a month in the future. This did not work for what we needed, and we asked for a refund for services not being completed, minus the part cost so we could repair it ourselves which they refused (i was home from deployment at this point). We are currently in the midst of filling a dispute with our credit card company to settle this issue. Stay away from this den of liars, thieves and scammers, as they only care about your money and not assisting paying customers.

They just cancelled me for a second time because their guys can’t get on post. Even though they advertise for being able to be on post. The second appointment even had a not stating that the person needed to be able to get on post.

Unfortunately, I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of both their service and customer support. It is evident from reviews on Google and Facebook that others have experienced similar issues. We experienced an issue with the interior and the exterior of our refrigerator and promptly scheduled a repair appointment. The technician arrived on time and assured us that both issues were resolved. However, a few days later, we observed that while the interior issue had been fixed, the exterior issue persisted. Consequently, we requested a follow-up visit to reassess the initial repair. For the subsequent appointment, we were required to remain at home between 8 AM and 5 PM. Despite this, the technician repeatedly postponed the visit until eventually canceling at 6 PM, rescheduling for two weeks later. Again, we had to stay home during the same time frame. Today is the second scheduled day. the technician was originally scheduled to arrive at 9:41 AM but has rescheduled three times, with the current estimated arrival now at 12:39 PM. As of 12:45 PM, after contacting their customer service in Junction City and expressing our concerns, they assured us the technician was en route. However, our access to their service map indicated otherwise. After sharing this discrepancy with customer service, they placed us on hold, eventually confirming the technician was not on their way. They then informed us that the technician would contact us within an hour to provide an updated arrival time. Today is a Friday. Given the technician's current location on the map, it appears unlikely they will assist us today, similar to the previous occurrence. The next available appointment is not until another 11 days, despite our initial service request 45 days ago. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was informed they were unavailable and would only reiterate that the technician was on their way. I insisted on speaking with someone who could provide assistance. They assured me that a supervisor would call me within an hour. However, the hour has passed, and I have not yet received a call. I then asked for a refund due to the unresolved issue, repeated appointment delays, and the urgency of the issue which necessitates contacting another company for resolution. Customer service denied the refund request.
