Mike was great. The only thing could say that could be better is the arrival window. A 9 hour window seems a little wide for someone to plan around work.

My technician was great and solved my issue. However, the scheduling process was a nightmare. My original call was on June 29, my appointment finally took place today on July 25. My first two appointments were canceled and rescheduled with no reason given. It’s impossible to get a hold of a person to talk to. Using AI for scheduling seems like a great idea, but not when it causes your customer such inconvenience.
