Pedro is amazing and did a great job diagnosing the issue with my oven and ordering the part and when he returned to install the part today. However this has been a horrible overall experience. There are no longer humans you can speak to; I had to use the AI agents again and again. The first technician never showed up. Then I luckily got Pedro the second time. Then they sent me a different technician to do the installation and he broke the $667 part we had to pay for and basically said mistakes happen. We then had to wait a few more days to finally get the part installed. Incidents like this explain why Sears folded. I’m very disappointed that we still have Kenmore products and there is no true customer service. But I appreciate that Pedro got my oven working.

Sears or A & E has been out here 5 times to work on my wash machine. There were 2 other times where they: Did not show up And other time when they ran off before I could get to the door to open for them. Out of those 5 times that they did show up, 4 of those visits the service technician told me everything was Ok. After they left, each time my wash machine had the same problem as before: 45 minute wash cycle taking 1 to 2 hours to finish And now wash machine makes a loud lawn mower noise when spinning-(that loud noise started AFTER Sears put new shocks on, claiming that was the issue/problem). So basically Sears or A & E made things worse by putting on the shocks which started that loud noise. My home warranty company uses them. It appears to me that the Sears service techs mindset is to keep coming back out here, then leaving saying-"If you have the same issues with the wash machine, just call us back". That response from them is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. How about just replacing the washer machine. They also have this ridiculous window of 8am to 3pm for showing up. Most businesses have windows of: 8am to noon OR Noon to 4pm. Somebody in management needs to get on the ball at Sears/A & E. Yesterday was the 8th or 9th time I had to call my home warranty company and tell them the problems with the washer are not fixed. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS.

Initially thought was great service but now almost a week later and I cant get a report to give to my home warranty company despite freezing temperatures and a furnace that is producing carbon monoxide

9 hour window. I was given a 9 hour window for my technician to arrive. This was never narrowed down for me. I waited the entire 9 hours for my technician. They never showed. Then it was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Same 9 hour window. Again never showed. I've missed 2 days work in the meantime. Never again.

Did not listen to my concerns. My washer is no better since he left. My entire experience with the company has been HORRIBLE. I've been trying since November 2024. June 2025 my washer is still messed up. Still leaking and still sounds like a train going through my house. Terrible service.

Repair man was polite. Charged me 471.64 for repair. Ice maker still not fixed. No way to reach service for remedy. All call numbers return to automated system. It is not possible to speak with Sears Appliance Repair center representative. No ability to discuss a remedy.
