My apt was cancelled and rescheduled on me several times and when I finally got my dryer fixed, the tech never hooked it back up so I don’t even know for sure if the dryer works.

Do not use under any circumstances. Visits are always delayed. Had multiple visits, multiple technicians. Problem was initially misdiagnosed, then the wrong part was ordered. The last technician left my home without testing the appliance. The problem is still not fixed, we finally gave up and are fighting for a refund that we will probably never get. Impossible to contact a human, the entire company seems to be run by AI agents. One technician told me they also have no way to speak with a human, even the employees are forced to chat with the AI. Find a local repair man or learn how to fix your appliance yourself with a YouTube video (because that’s exactly what the technicians who arrive will do - watch a YouTube tutorial)

This company came out to diagnose a issue with my furnace fan motor being really loud for Choice Home warranty. The technician was in my house for less than 5 mins. Today I get a email from choice home warranty and they declined my warranty because the technician said he did a thorough evaluation of my furnace and said that my furnace was dirty. I have my furnace and air condition service twice a year on a contract with another heating and air company. And have since the day I built the house 17 years ago. I believe that this company is doing fraudulent stuff with home warranty companies. So beware of this company and of choice Home warranties.

I scheduled repair and was given a window of 7am - 6pm for a technician to arrive. At 4:30pm, I receive a message that they had to cancel and an option to reschedule. I set it for the next day and they cancelled on me again at the end of the day. There is no customer service at all. The number they list on bad reviews is automated with no option to speak to a live person. Don’t waste your time with Sears because they clearly don’t care to waste yours.
