Sean was very professional thoughtfully helpful. I’ve been dealing with sears repair service men for over six years and they have all been amazing, reassuring and determined to find parts in a timely fashion and complete the repairs. And shout out to my home warranty plan who obviously have selected Sears service professionals as their repair agents.
