My apt was cancelled and rescheduled on me several times and when I finally got my dryer fixed, the tech never hooked it back up so I don’t even know for sure if the dryer works.

Scheduled a service repair for June 27, took the day off from work, got everything ready, then got a text at 8 o’clock in the morning, saying that my appointment has been moved to July 1, called the number, but was only able to speak to an AI representative and they could not get me to a live person. Very frustrated now I have to take another day off.

For the 5th time the technician said he fixed freezer. The compressor was so hot I thought it was going to catch fire so I unplugged the freezer. I think it is time for me to get a new freezer. You have been trying to fix it since March.
