My apt was cancelled and rescheduled on me several times and when I finally got my dryer fixed, the tech never hooked it back up so I don’t even know for sure if the dryer works.

This company came out to diagnose a issue with my furnace fan motor being really loud for Choice Home warranty. The technician was in my house for less than 5 mins. Today I get a email from choice home warranty and they declined my warranty because the technician said he did a thorough evaluation of my furnace and said that my furnace was dirty. I have my furnace and air condition service twice a year on a contract with another heating and air company. And have since the day I built the house 17 years ago. I believe that this company is doing fraudulent stuff with home warranty companies. So beware of this company and of choice Home warranties.

I scheduled repair and was given a window of 7am - 6pm for a technician to arrive. At 4:30pm, I receive a message that they had to cancel and an option to reschedule. I set it for the next day and they cancelled on me again at the end of the day. There is no customer service at all. The number they list on bad reviews is automated with no option to speak to a live person. Don’t waste your time with Sears because they clearly don’t care to waste yours.

The technician arrived at my home then left with in a minute. I was in the restroom when he arrived, made it to the door, and he was already gone. Karl did not attempt to call me while on route nor when he came to my home. This is irritating that I took a day off work for my repair seeing how the window is all day and still do not have my washer fixed because your technician failed to follow proper procedure and call the customer.

Scheduled a service repair for June 27, took the day off from work, got everything ready, then got a text at 8 o’clock in the morning, saying that my appointment has been moved to July 1, called the number, but was only able to speak to an AI representative and they could not get me to a live person. Very frustrated now I have to take another day off.

For the 5th time the technician said he fixed freezer. The compressor was so hot I thought it was going to catch fire so I unplugged the freezer. I think it is time for me to get a new freezer. You have been trying to fix it since March.
