Having ice and condensation buildup inside the freezer after putting on new gaskets. Brad used the heat gun on the gasket on the bottom freezer door to help it seal even better, but we’re not to worry about the ice build up, just occasionally clean it off. He said, It’s not a problem unless the door is not closing. So these conditions will not be a concern so no need to call unless the temperature does not continue to keep food at a safe temperature. Brad the Sears technician was professional and knowledgeable and explain everything where I could understand it, hopefully my refrigerator continue to perform well for years to come. If not, I’m glad I’ve got the repair or replacement guarantee.
