Very thorough troubleshooting. Provided me with a report and suggested fix which I followed and everything is working today.

The service call went very well Tech was very knowledgeable and personable. However, it took over 6 weeks to get the repair done. The computers involved need to talk to each other better! A customer needs to be able to reach a live person much, much more easily!

Lack of communication. I didn't know until after his arrival what time of his arrival. While there I wasn't able to leave work to meet him on such short notice and ask what the specific problem was or discuss terms of payment of any. The service was great. Just not knowing or being there at all made me uncomfortable.

1st visit -On time. Polite. Fast. Friendly. 5star 2nd visit - on time. Polite, professional. 5star Dx - 8 1/2 yr old refrig is bad. Out of warranty, Ins won’t cover- preexisting condition. Thx Sears! 0 Stars
