The service men are friendly and informative. The problem is the AI answering service. It is hard to schedule an appointment, get confirmation and make sure that the serviceman know why he is coming to repair your appliances.

Don't not get a home warranty with them. We have been waiting for 2 months and they just keep canceling and they say no technician in the area after we keep taking off work. Still no working refrigerator they suck. 0 stars

My refrigerator was not fixed! It does not cool. This was the original problem the technician came to fix. It is very difficult to reach any one to talk to. My refrigerator has been down about 3 weeks now; I may have to look elsewhere for help.

Called and the technician was supposed to be out today. Never showed. You can’t talk to a person because this company is all AI. Ridiculous service and a poor way of doing business. No update on technician and we waited a week for the appointment!

Inconsiderate of your time. I made an appointment for last week for someone to come out and diagnose my dryer. I work night shift so the 8am-5pm time slot means I have to stay up and go without sleep to get this done. (Think of having to stay up until 2-3am to get someone to come look at your dryer) They waited until after 1pm to tell me they didn’t have the staffing in my area to do my appointment and I needed to reschedule. Fast forward to today, I had to stay up again and the time someone was supposed to be here was updated several times to a later time of arrival. Which is annoying but whatever. I get charged 130 dollars just for them to tell me they’re gonna charge me over a thousand dollars to fix it. Just save your time and get someone else to look at your appliances because sears is a joke. I’m sure I can find someone to do it for cheaper and I’m going to.

Waited 5 weeks for this guy to show unsaid the first cancelation said eas to get parts guy finally shows up and tell me he has to order parts the. Process to say my bathroom had dog pee all over it where my dogs dont go the guy was rude

Sears was contracted through my home warranty company to come fix my dryer. The original date for them to come out was 6/21/25. I was given a time frame of 8am-5pm in which they didn't show up for and after the time frame texted me to reschedule my appointment in that text it had different dates for me to pick to be rescheduled. I immediately responded with my preference and never got a response back. I texted again the next day and asked if I was on the schedule. They replied "due to a misunderstanding" I was not. I was then rescheduled again for 6/24 in which the provider came out he was nice prompt and assisted me unfortunately he was unable to fix it that day and had to other parts. I was advised parts would take about a week and be sent to my home. Over the next month I was probably rescheduled 5-6 times due to parts not coming. It wasn't until 7/23/25 that I received a text message saying the part were ordered. So from 6/24 until 7/23 they hadn't even ordered the parts. Sears has no option to speak with a live person and I was unable to use their automated system due to me not having an actual account with them. Fast forward to 8/1 I was on the schedule with again a time frame from 8am - 5pm being assigned to a technician Ryan and an estimated ETA. At 5:17pm I received a text message saying I was being rescheduled to 8/4/2025 from 8am-5pm ANOTHER DAY OF LOSS WAGES. I received a text message at 3:36pm that Ryan was on his way. This service is horrible. I wouldn't hire Sears to pick a tomato out of my garden. Horrible service, horrible communication, no regards or respect for families and their time. The amount of money I lost from work and the laundromat in the time I waited to get my dryer fixed I couldn't purchased a brand new one and still had funds left over. Sears do better. I in fact wish their was a live person to talk to to express how horrible you are, but if you can't provide one while someone is trying to get services you for sure don't care about providing one for a complaint. Do better !
