The service men are friendly and informative. The problem is the AI answering service. It is hard to schedule an appointment, get confirmation and make sure that the serviceman know why he is coming to repair your appliances.

This is the 2nd time hear, he didn't fix it the 1st, hopefully he fixed it this time. Sears is the worst company to deal with. You cannot speak to anybody. It's all computerized. I would never recommend them for anybody

The guy came out. Told me it would be $578 to replace a defrost timer. Said I could find the part and do it myself. So I did that and my fridge still isn't working. I basically wasted $129 on the diagnostic fee for him to not even diagnose the problem correctly. I'm I didn't proceed to pay $578 for a repair that wasn't even the problem.

Don't not get a home warranty with them. We have been waiting for 2 months and they just keep canceling and they say no technician in the area after we keep taking off work. Still no working refrigerator they suck. 0 stars
