Fixed my AC and broke my heat. The technician was very unprofessional and rude. Did nothing but swear in front of my children the hole time and bad mouth my profession. Absolutely nothing good to say.

I don’t complain much but this place absolutely sucks. They came and did a diagnostic quickly, told me what was wrong, I paid and they scheduled an appt for a week later to fix my washer. The package came, all fine and dandy, they came out to fix the washer, opened the package and informed me that it came broken and they had to reorder and be back the next week to fix it. I was a little annoyed but it happens, they can’t control the courier. Fast forward three months. Still not fixed, they keep saying they ordered the part, saying the technician had the part to inspect since the last one came broken, said the part was out of stock but ordered it with me on the phone (six times to be exact) and it never came because they never ordered it, canceled six of my appts. So here is my advice. Please never EVER call Sears Home Service to fix anything, because they WON’T! The lies, the incompetence, the absolutely absurd attitudes over the phone is also very inappropriate since this is their mistake not mine.

We had Sears Home Services our 4 times to service our washer and the repairs only made the problem worse. One guy looked at it for a few minutes and said that the issue was normal. I would give 0 stars if possible. I highly do not recommend having Sears Home Services out to service your unit

We called Sears Home Services to service a washing machine. I always knew Sears to be a great brand and had high expectations. They have been bought out by another company who clearly do not have good customer service. Needless to say, my expectations were not met. Firstly, my original appointment time was canceled, and I was not informed. Secondly, the "technician" they sent to my home cleaned the filter on the machine after being there for 10 minutes and would not listen to what I said repeatedly about that not being the issue. He did not inspect anything else, but left after 10 minutes and charged us $180. He did not test the machine before leaving. I then had a back and forth text exchange where I informed him I would not pay. NO customer service AT ALL. The machine was still broken and he then "offered" to fix it for an additional $450! This "home service" is a scam to get you to pay more than you need to. Total ripoff, do NOT recommend.

4 times they have been to my house, 4 times they have given me excuses to why they cant fix the problem. Oh they know what the problem is, they just refuse to order the parts then make excuses to why they haven't ordered them.
