The repair person did the repair. We waited three weeks for the repair. Your AI system sucks! It was infuriating! We were never able to choose our appointment time. We were sent messages saying we had a virtual appointment 3x on the day we were supposed to have appointment. You cancelled 2x with zero explanation. I will never use your services again. I will never buy an extended warranty on an appliance if Sears is who will be responsible for repairs! You’re the worst customer service, meaning zero customer service. DO NOT USE SEARS FOR ANY REPAIRS!!!

Failed to show up to fix my washer two days in a row! Thank you Best Buy for using a horrible company to cover extented warranty work! I paid a pretty penny for the extended warrenty and can't even get a repairman to show up for confirmed apppointments!
