Failed to show up to fix my washer two days in a row! Thank you Best Buy for using a horrible company to cover extented warranty work! I paid a pretty penny for the extended warrenty and can't even get a repairman to show up for confirmed apppointments!

I don’t feel he checked everything out as good as he could’ve he said he wasn’t getting power out to the unit but he should’ve checked out the breaker a little bit more because now we got power going out, he said he wasn’t an electrician and the problem is fixed now except for my AC not working but the power is I would like him to come back out and check it out right I paid him $100 to check it out right and I want it to be before 5 o’clock today or I’m gonna cancel and turn you into Better Business Bureau
