Mike T is terrific. He calmly checked step by step for reasons that my air conditioning was not functioning first time this season that I tried to use it. Completed in under 20min and explained all the steps and jargon for me. Fantastic!

I was inundated with unsolicited texts and emails about Sears services that I don't need or want. The techs are over scheduled. The first appointment the tech was 2 hours past the appointment window. The second time, he had 30 minutes to go. Not his do. Sears fault. Michael was great but overworked. This experience just reinforces my policy of avoiding purchases from Sears unless it is a legacy appliance.
