Michael was very nice and job oriented. He went to work directly after asking what problem I was having. He explained what he was fixing as he went along. I knew what the problem was and what he fixed upon completion of the trip. I have had technicians in the past that didn't tell me what was happening or what they fixed. I was left in the dark.
