Sears A BIG DISSATISFACTION

Purchased a refrigerator 1 year approximately 1 yr ago. The compressor went out. Thoroughly disappointed with Sears. I have purchased Sears appliances for years, particularly Kenmore. I WILL NOT buy anymore products from them. Their customer service is dismal and lousy. I have not written such a review in the past of a company. I AM D ONE with Sears and anything affiliated with it.

Item not repaired

The dishwasher did not get repaired. Same issue still exists as was the first service call. Did not repair dishwasher!

Very bad service by technician

I had a leak from my hvac and my basement got clogged with water. Since i got ur appointment 14 days after, i consulted williams air comfort to check if there is any quick fix. They came checked the unit and told coil is all rusted and needs replacement and also there might be refrigerant leak and a coolant test is needed which is against costly. I contacted sears because if there is something to be replaced, going via warranty is the best thing. You gave me a appointment on 13 and then just postponed to 18th. Since leaking stopped i didnt mind much. But the sears technican comes here doesnt check anything not the coil, no nothing. He checks outdoor unit and says weed near the outdoor unit is the problem. Really??? He also says he did a collant test and no refrigerant is leaking. He says all fine, cut the weed. He didnt even check the things which other technican told as the root cause. Why would i have to pay warranty and then 165 for this appointment? This is bad

Refrigerator still not cooling

Pedro was on time, neat, and polite. He was helpful in getting warranty coverage. But he didn't fix my problem

He didn't fix the dryer. , he said his boss was suppose to Oder one of the parts but didn't.

Very poor service

My cooling system broke down and thru my home warranty i got the service from sears. Technician arrived on expected date and after checking the issue , he said he will be back in couple of days with a new thermostat but he did not turn up for the whole week and I am still waiting for them to come and resolve the issue.
