You could have told me ahead of time

Your company could have told me ahead of time that you require me to sign a waiver that no matter what damage your technician causes to any part of my home, you're not responsible. I have never in over 40 years had a repair company propose such a thing, and if you would have told me ahead of time, you could have saved both me and your technician wasted time.

Left my washer worse

Machine still leaks and now cycles won't work. Now I can't wash clothes at all. Took months for repair to get done and still broken.

Bad Service

I am very disapointned with the services, Sears has been in my house 3 times 8/1/24, 8/10/24 and 8/20/25 in which Otis has been twice in my house, gave me different reasons each time he came of why the AC is not working, and each time he scheduled the appointments was 10 days apart, last time he came he told me that for sure he would come back on Thursday 8/29, to fix the AC and replace the thermostat and he never showed up. I had to call the warranty company to contact Sears to send me someone else.. I don't think Otis knew what he was doing.

My refrigerator Service experience was a night mare. Firstly i have to wait 8 days for the appointment, took a day off from work and waited all day for Mr. George to come by which he never showed up and on top off that he has written on the online sears scheduling app that he came by to our home and i declined the service, following which Sears has closed my work order. I found that after reaching our sears team regarding my service order.He is the most untruthful and unreliable person i have ever worked with. This man deserves negative rating. I have to give 1 star as there is no negative rating. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PERSON.

I have never seen anything like this

I was so excited to have cool air coming in after waiting on SEARS for 2 weeks the first time, then it only worked for a few hours and we waited on them for 2 more weeks, that I never thought to go look at the outside unit. I would have NEVER GUESSED THAT OUR AC UNIT WOULD LOOK THIS WAY. I STILL CANT BELIEVE A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED COMPANY DID THIS WORK. THE WIRES ARE TAPED WITH BLACK TAPE THROUGH THE VENTS AT THE TOP WITHOUT EVEN A WIRE CONNECTOR CAP ON IT. NO WONDER HE RAN OUT OF HERE LIKE HE WAS ON FIRE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE THINK THIS KIND OF THING IS SUPPOSED TO BE ACCEPTED.

Kenmore Elite Dual Fuel Range Repair - Dissatisfied Customer

Technician replaced the baking element and the oven still won't come up to temp in either preheat or bake mode. Technician was having serious health issues upon arrival and during the repair and did not stick around to make sure the oven worked. Now, after spending over $500, I have to call Sears Repair AGAIN to come back out to repair an oven that is still not working. I expect to be reimbursed for the previous repair.

Review of scheduling, customer service

Your scheduling and customer service is pathetic. Using an algorythem to schedule repairs doesn't work if you don't include repeated rescheduling after weekly delays by you not me going on for 7 weeks. Hector was very good but your management and routing plan is horrid and your call center set up to avoid customer contact is terrible. I would never buy from you again but since your Sear's stores have closed in all but 7 states, I wont have to worry about making that mistake. No doubt you are a contracted service but will make sure to avoid. I work to buy American made products and support local business but this was a huge mistake on this one. Very dissatisfied customer on everything except Hector's service the day he was finally allowed to come. So no stars at all

Oven repair

Original tech came out 3 weeks ago to look at oven. Diagnosed as broken control board. Was quoted a price of over 300 to fix. I said ok. He ordered part and scheduled follow up appointment for 3 weeks later (today). At 430p today different tech shows up for install. Turns out wrong part was ordered & wrong price originally quoted-now the price is going to be over 600 & part would need to be ordered resulting in additional delay. Price is now over 600-Same price as I could purchase a new oven. I have had no working oven for 3 weeks-because waiting on part at price promised-only to discover all that time wasted and my entire day today wasted as well. Very unhappy. Would like a refund of my entire initial payment of over 300. I will buy a new oven. None of your 800 #s result in any option to speak with anyone or leave a message. Please respond. Very bad experience!
