This is the worst technician ever. He did not fix the washer. During the repair, he became agitated showing some concerning behavior and He literally ran out of the house, leaving his equipment saying he had to go. I was on the front lawn, asking him to return to finish his work and to complete the repair. He still charged me the repair fee which needs to be refunded. Machine is not fixed. I've never had a repair man literally leave their equipment and leave the premise. Then he sat outside of my house for 30 minutes and then he left. This is the worst experience because when I try to call the main number it is AI generated. There's no way to be able to speak to a human.

This man and this company is by far the WORST to ever come into my house! It's been almost a month since I requested someone to fix it. First they sent me someone who was high on drugs, then they sent me this incompetent person. He has scheduled several times with us to not show up 3 of those times, the other times he was late and today he came and left my house 3 times without even telling someone what was going on. He told me once he'd be back in an hour and didn't come back for almost 3 hours, then left again and my husband called him and he said he'd be back in 15 minutes but didn't come back for 1.5 hours then left a third time and told someone who doesn't even live here that the part store was closed. How is it closed in the middle of the day?! I called him and went off on him cause this is absolutely ridiculous at this point, he hung up on me, my husband tried to call him and he didn't answer him then like 30 minutes later I get a text telling me to rate him which means he's finished AND MY DRYER ISN'T EVEN PUT BACK TOGETHER!!!!! I am absolutely livid at this point. Run as fast as you can from this company!

PAID HIM $75 FOR NOTHING!!!

My system was working before he got there, now it's not working... and it's a great advisory and now I hand no AC bcuz of him. My system wasn't turning off, it stayed cool in the house, it wasn't turning off while on auto, but it kept running prior to Michael getting there. He was rushing to get out my house and I asked him was my house still gonna stay cool , he said yes! But now my house feels like a volcano! He took the fuse out my air handler and burnt the wires up, he is not a good tech! I even gave him water and a snack... wish I knew he was gonna do me like this.

Took Way Too Long and Unprofessional

Paul ultimately did fix our dryer; however, it took over 2 weeks for him to do so. He would show up and leave, saying he'd be back in a half hour, but he'd be gone hours or not come back at all. He cancelled many appointments. He took our dryer completely apart and left it on our floor for nearly a week. We began thinking that he was afraid to tell us that he couldn't fix it. We couldn't get any help from Sears because all customer service is A1. The whole experience was maddening! Then, right when we were thinking that we had been ripped off, Paul did fix the dryer.

Technician came out June 20 didn't go into crawl space to evaluate the drip stated that it's a plumbing problem that info needs to be reported to HWA but he didn't look at the problem he just herald the drip

Why didn't he repair the leak, he took a picture of area that was leaking I guess he told HWA no repair needed, that was not true and we still have the leak going on. Sears was paid I need the work done. Thank you

Highway Robbery

+5 stars for Abib; and -100 stars for Sears Home Services. I will never again call Sears for anything. Your parts and labor charges were the most expensive, by far, that I have ever been quoted. And you attempted to leverage them to coerce me into signing a service contract that would "save me big money". Yet what is perhaps most shameful and disgusting is that you sent a nice young man like Abib to do you bidding. Poor kid. He had to try to defend your absurd pricing. I remember a time long ago when "Sears" was a brand name a person could trust for quality at a fair price. Not anymore.

Service tech never actually showed up

This is the second consecutive time this has happened - all of the normal messaging shows an appointment scheduled, and then suddenlyall messaging switches to "how was your service" with no service actually happening.
