The worst
Of all my previous years in the AC industry, that includes delivery and installation, this is the worst install I've ever seen by a reputable company. I have never seen wires sticking out of the top of an air conditioning unit and in turn I have never had to fix the problem that an installer was supposed to do in the first place. I might recommend your company but I will not recommend the technician who did the install. Very disappointed. Even now I am concerned that the air conditioning unit will not shut off properly so I may be writing another review. Sincerely

Dryer Service under Warranty
Steven was an excellent technician, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had he had the opportunity to talk to me in advance or if the person who made the appointment had logged the correct information that I told him about what was happening, I might not have had to have the appointment with the service tech. If this is the new process of handling client services for Sears Warranty Service, it is not done as well as it should be for your customers. Very cumbersome and inefficient. The process of making the appointment and on being able to track the arrival time is very inefficient, was confusing with conflicting information provided on email communications, and extremely frustrating that I could not have the option to talk to a person to verify the correct mobile # was being used for text messages and to follow up with the conflicting schedule info provided on emails received the day of the appointment. I'm not sure I will continue to use the Sears Warranty Service given this recent experience. But kudos to your Tech, he was great!!!

Washer drum won't empty
The washer drum would not drain. We decided not to have washer repaired. When the technician left our home, there was ALOT of water on the carpet in front of the washer. Water was visible on either side of the washer. We've run our dehumidifier and it's JUST dried.

Big Disappointment!
Tech arrived earlier AM with no notice that he was en route. He did his inspection and left. No paperwork, business card, nothing. He advised us that the coils on the A/C until were damaged but that's all. Within an hour, our home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, denied our claim based on whatever Sear's tech provided them. We tried to make contact with Sears at multiple phone #s to get a copy of their tech's notes and/pictures but that was a dead end. The A/C unit in question is 21 years old but has been serviced every year by a highly regarded Midwest service provider. If we had a choice of service providers we'd recommend, after this experience, Sears would be on it

Issue Persists After Service
Our technician was incredibly nice, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved and our technician left without confirming that the repair had fixed the problem, so we still aren't able to get our home cooled. Sears doesn't allow you to speak with an actual human, so I can't get in touch with someone to try and get out sooner the fix the issue. We waited a week for this appointment and now we're being told that it's going to be another 3 days before someone else can come out. I'd prefer not to leave a negative review; but at this point this is the only way I can think of to hopefully get in contact with a real person to resolve the issue so my family doesn't have to continue to suffer endure the discomfort of a hot home.

Simple Repair Gone Horribly Wrong
Technician came and found a hole in the intake hose. Tried using electrical tape to patch until part came. We told him that we would just wait to use it. Part came and while replacing the hose he left to get caulk. He finished, then said he couldn't perform diagnostics to test and we would have to run the washer. He started the washer and left. The hose that he replaced came off and water flooded our house causing more than $20,000 in damage. Called LG and they said it would be escalated and they would call back. Have called them to get update and no one has reached out. TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

Do your job
Otis had something going on. He came and blew the breaker and then he says we're wasn't getting any power to to the unit. I was told to get a electrician. He elecrician came the next day, and said it's is the thermostat all alone, which is what was the work order was for. The thermostat still not fixed

Technician caused damage
While performing dryer repair technician damaged dryer vent. He left without notifying me. He left the area a mess and did not reattach dryer vent either. I called to find out if he was coming back to fix the damage and he hung up on me.

Otis came in the check on heat exchanger b/c i already had furnace serviced and tech said need new sec heat exchanger . Otis couldn't find the heat exchanger ! I read him other techs diagnosis and Otis did not know what AHRI guidelines meant . He wasted my day and money ! Now i need to get someone else out that knows what they are doing!
