Efficient
Worked steadily and efficiently. Wasn't on his phone like some repairmen I have had recently.
Dana S,
Noblesville, INTechnician OK. Customer service lacking.
Trying to talk with a customer service representative is impossible. After waiting two weeks for service the appointment was cancelled and then wait another week just for evaluation. Two more weeks required to complete the job--a total of 4 plus weeks. Technician unable to repair water leak to refrigerator. It sounds like the compressor replacement may not be much better than original on my 4 year old Kenmore Elite. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I am very disappointed in Sears. My hot water tank heater cord was forced off and 80 gallons of water was pouring into my basement and Sears Rep told me on the phone Saturday they had no one on call and I had to wait. A tech shows up Monday morning after 11 am. And I have a 5 year warranty with Sears on that hot water tank.

He was very professional, and did a good job doing the diagnostic.
Christopher H,
Indianapolis, INWasher repair
Our technician was great. Knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed it very fast. Would request him again. The tracking online was very good. Liked being able to do that Reason for 4 stars: way too expensive. $285 + parts to fix a washer will keep me from calling this service again. Can buy a brand new washer for $600 to $800. I checked price of part. The cost from here was double. Good service, but too expensive to call again. Suggestions: lower your visit price. Have a reasonable mark up on parts.
Brian M,
Indianapolis, INReview of repair for GE Profile gas stove
Donald arrived when he said he would. He worked on it for some time. Ultimately said it would take an additional person to lift the top to get to two sensors. Said he can't get one sensor. So, I declined any further service or repair. Disappointing but not Donald's fault - GE provides a bad product - it is 11 years old!

Stay around long enough to check installation, it would be resolved
Gerald S,
Indianapolis, IN?? Homeowner?? Not sure what you are asking for
Had to come twice. Second time brought a helper for removing the microwave. Corrected the problem and put the microwave back up. They were walking out the door when I realized it was not installed probably. Had to run and get them and had to do it over again. Was supposed to send me a receipt for the work even though under warranty and I haven't gotten it. Nice guys but not real proficient.
