Tech arrived as stated. The problem is actually getting initial appt in timely manner. It took several weeks to get someone out and then parts had to be ordered. We had to throw several hundred dollars worth of food not once but twice.

Otis solved a problem in that the compressor wasn't starting and he resolved that issue. The initial problem still remains in that the unit is not cooling down to the set temperature of 70 deg F.

Otis had the part to fix the problem. It took 9 days to get here and that's unacceptable. Choice needs more service people.

I was scheduled on Thursday the 15th of August from 1-5pm, took off work that day to be home. Received a call from scheduling that the technician was taking off the rest of the day and would not be coming to look at my a/c. I then made special arrangements for someone to be at my home the following day and the time frame was supposed to be from 1-5pm. I received a call at 8:39am on Friday the 16th of August that the technician was in my driveway. I needed to start getting ready to go to work so he ask if I wanted to reschedule the appointment but I had him stay to look at the a/c. He was finished with everything quite quickly and my question is was everything throughly checked out in such a short time. He ended up putting 1 pound of coolant in and said that everything else was fine. I would like someone to call me on this matter. Obviously scheduling didn't do there job correctly. Some people work paycheck to paycheck and it's hard to take off time from work and this messed with my work schedule not once but twice.

Matthew was not able to diagnose my dishwasher problem since the problem only happens randomly and was not happening when he came. He could not find the shut-off valve to the water line leading to the dishwasher. He ran the dishwasher and found nothing. I am hoping the problem does not occur again, especially if I am gone for any length of time and I come home to a flooded kitchen floor.
