It took a while to get the appointment and also it was hard to reschedule because you do not get to speak to a human at the end of the line. But the guys who came to fix were amazing. Otis knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in minutes. He was great! Clearly, he has a lot of experience and put it to good use.

The technician came out an diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered. After a part was received at our home, we were informed that they could not come out yet because they were waiting on more parts. The AI scheduling assistant was terrible. It scheduled us for a time we were out of town and would not allow me to reschedule for the following week. Only when I phoned was I able to reschedule. Even then it contacted me again about appointments for the week we were away. IN the end it turned out that only one part was needed, and we could have had the repair completed earlier. I would say that the tech was good, but the time required to hassle with scheduling coupled with the high cost for visits that required only 5-10 minutes was quite disappointing.
