I am leaving a 5 start because it is asking me to rate the technician Michael and he was excellent as was the individual with him in training. Good communications, timely, friendly and diagnosed and completed repair quickly. Regarding the back office communications is horrible they reschedule without talking to you and/or explanation so it took far too long. When asked to speak to a manager they said they do not do that but "promised" they would call me. I am glad I wasn't waiting by the phone for the call that never came.
