Steven was very pleasant and respectful. He inspected our dryer and shared with us another service that was need (cleaning the lint inside dryer) he did a fabulous job on vacuuming the lint our dryer look brand new once he finished. What a valuable employee Sears Warranty has with Steven!!! We hope the next time we have a appliance issue they send Steven back!!! Thank you Steven for getting our dryer running properly again!!!
