I appreciate that Huston took the time to explain the issues I was having as well as what options I had. He helped me understand how to better preserve the life of my dishwasher while making it function better at the same time. He totally sold me on the Sears warranty so I'm giving it a try for a year. Hopefully that's something I still feel good about down the road as I am often skeptical of warranties being worth the cost. Otherwise, thanks for the good service today!

Dave has been to our house many times throughout this washer repair/replacement. He was always very polite and professional. I most appreciate that he is always considerate of our time and tries to give us a time frame of when he will arrive.

David was great. He was great with the dogs. It was too hot outside to leave them outside. He was great with the dogs. He made sure everything was clean and worked properly. He did a fantastic job with both sets. He answered all my questions. Would highly recommend him.
