Abib and Juhmal took 1 hour to identify the problem, disassemble the panel in the freezer, test the evaporator fan motor, replace it, and reassemble the panel. I will have to wait 24 to 72 hours to see if everything is back to normal. Both technicians were polite, profressional, and showed concern about their work. Thank you both.

I appreciate that Huston took the time to explain the issues I was having as well as what options I had. He helped me understand how to better preserve the life of my dishwasher while making it function better at the same time. He totally sold me on the Sears warranty so I'm giving it a try for a year. Hopefully that's something I still feel good about down the road as I am often skeptical of warranties being worth the cost. Otherwise, thanks for the good service today!

David was great. He was great with the dogs. It was too hot outside to leave them outside. He was great with the dogs. He made sure everything was clean and worked properly. He did a fantastic job with both sets. He answered all my questions. Would highly recommend him.
