Otis was knowledgeable and got A/C fixed quickly. Sears Payment app on Android phone was clumsy, slow and brittle (could not tolerate or provide prompts to easily understand any entry missteps) and often failed as I was attempting to make a quick payment. It was embarrassing to use an app that could have been current in the year 2000.
