Sean was very knowledgeable. He recognized the problem with my microwave right away. It was also great that he happened to have the part needed to fix it on his truck. He was able to replace the part and have it working on his first visit. The first technician Sears sent to repair the microwave said it could not be fixed. I waited weeks before the appointment today with Sean! I sure wish I had him first! I'm so happy he was able to fix it! Thank you so much!
