Hecto's service was very thorough.
Hector was very knowledgeable and checked the refrigerator thoroughly. He was pleasant and thoroughly explained everything he did. He was truly interested in figuring out the problem. The tech before was not as thorough and we really feel we shouldn't have had to pay two diagnostic fees for something that wasn't discovered by the first technician and he wrote that we declined the repair but it was all 00's and he recommended nothing. So what did we decline? He found nothing and suggested nothing and we paid a fee anyway.
