Good Morning. Steven was awesome! Met him at the door, he said good morning, introduced himself and asked how he may be of service on my issue. I explained to him what was going on with the oven and stove and he looked thoroughly over everything, gave me a diagnosis and explained everything to me. He also gave me his recommendation and sent me a text on everything that he had discussed with me. I also saw he had on a Navy cap on and asked him was he in the Navy, and he said yes. I thanked him for his service to the US. Steve was great and I will recommend his services to any customer! In the future if I was to ever need of a oven or refrigerator repair, I would definitely recommend him as my service technician. Outstanding service Steve!! Thank you so much.
