Steven came back out this morning to repair our washing machine. As in the first visit, Steven was professional and took his time to explain what was going on. He fixed my washing machine and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely use Sears Home Service for any future appliance repairs and hope we get Steven again! You're technician Daryl was amazing He made it so easy and did a fantastic job but you're automated services to call in and confirm or have any question about the upcoming appointment is rubbish I'm sure I'm the 8,000,000th one to tell you please take it to heart and change it, all it does is give you a black Eye because I was a little leery of what kind of service we were going to get when we were getting this kind of service from your automated System.
