Houston arrived in a very timely manner during the early part of the 8-5 window. He was personable and friendly. Houston got diagnosed the problem and shared w/ me the issue. B/c I was interested, he walked me through the process of the repair showing me where things had gone wrong inside my dryer. Houston got the problem resolved and was on his way leaving me to do loads of laundry the rest of the day. Thank you.
