Matt did a great job fixing our LG washer. He arrived on time, was friendly, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (a broken drain pump), and had a replacement unit available. I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was and how efficiently he replaced the motor. He ran the machine through a quick cycle to make sure everything was perfect before he left. If we have another issue, Matt would be our choice.
