After getting new parts, our washer was running it starting to leak water everywhere. Before he even looked at it. Steve knew what it was and fixed it. So thankful! But at least we know what it was it was a hose that goes to that thing that tells it how much and there's water that does run through there but there's air but it's a certain pressure is when it knows it's full and that was disconnected. Stay very long tip tip didn't know that they tipped big like that, yeah cause I figure a lot of people don't care that kind of cash so the ones that come on the show they handed a handful of cash and there's your tip

I'd to share how pleased I was with Donald and Steven's help with this unforeseen long drier repair situation. I think your repair people are great, however, the lack of people interaction with Sears only using a computer to relay information is frustrating. This repair should have been done over a month ago. I also had two cancellations of appointments with no warning. Companies can't fully operate by computers in my opinion. There is something to be said about speaking to an employee. Now I'm stuck with the broken parts and additional parts I can't return, which in my opinion, should not be responsible by me. I have to find a safe way to dispose of these large metal items. Sadly, you don't provide this service anymore either. This has no reflection on Donald or Steven.
