The technician was great. It was so hard to schedule. They are very busy. They tell u you are scheduled then they don't come. They need to say you are wait listed so u realize what's going on. Getting ahold of a human is harder than heck too.

Juhmal was professional, courteous and communicative. The attempt at repair fell short with the realization that the warranted item could not be fixed. So after a 3 month wait from initial call on the warranty, I have been told the problem can't be fixed. It's been a frustrating journey not being able to communicate with a person until the day the technician arrives. A really bad business model in my opinion.

Huston was outstanding! Was very quick in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to have in our home . I will definitely be using Sears for any future needs!

Micheal was on time for the job, very polite, very well mannered. knew his job well was able to explain the problem the furnace was having and fixed it. Micheal asked if I had any other concerns concerning my furnace. I love that he was patient with his job. 5 STAR well earned.
