The first technician said the dishwasher needed a new latch. He placed the order. The second technician installed the new latch. And then proceeded to tell me that the latch was not the problem. The problem didn't involve ordering any new part at all. Since I didn't need the new latch installed, I feel that I shouldn't be charged for the labor.
