Juhmal was very knowledgeable and friendly. After he explained the costs, we decided to purchase the one year contract for all kitchen and laundry appliances. He fixed the problem and provided the information needed to make the decision to purchase the warranty

Mike was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He listened as I explained the issue and got right to work. After diagnosing and fixing the problem, he waited to make sure that the issue was indeed resolved. I wish every service person was as efficient, knowledgeable, and ethical as Mike!

Matthew did a great job and was quick and efficient with the repair. My only complaint is that this repair was called into Sears by me on 12/13. The first repair guy came on 12/31 and said he didn't have the part, which I was told was ordered when I made the initial call. He rescheduled my repair for 1/21, but that was cancelled due to no part. They reordered the part on 1/21 and it arrived at my house on 1/23, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Its fixed now but it took almost 2 months, so I'm annoyed with that. But the techs always seem great and appear to know what they are doing.
