I explained the issue that has plagued my AC for a couple years. The evaporator on the air handler is starting to fail ... It freezes and thaws and overwhelms the drain and causes indoor rain. He never even inspected that issue. He simply hosed the outdoor coil and blamed it in "cottonwood". Now tonight I have no AC again because the evaporator froze thawed and rained in the bedroom. Edit to update: called and informed Sears that the problem wasn't resolved. They offered to send the same technician without charging me again. Well how thoughtful. The problem also is they wanted me to wait until July 6th. I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment they messed up, and now I have to wait another 2 weeks in hopes they do it right. I'm glad all these other people had positive outcomes, but mine was MOST definitely not positive.
