Update: 9-24-25 I was finally scheduled to have a technician come to my home today. Surprise, surprise, no show. The AI bot is trying to reschedule me in October. The number the “owner” responded to my original negative review with only gave me access to their AI bots. You can’t speak with humans. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Nearly $600 and months of going without a dishwasher. Pathetic. Some human PERSON from this company owes me a call. This has been the worst service I have EVER received. I am still waiting on my dishwasher to get repaired and they first came out the beginning of June. One of the techs broke the piece he was supposed to install and they have failed to return, even though my new piece is here, to install it. I had to pay up front and am basically out some $470. I keep calling. No one calls me back. I once was able to talk to someone overseas but he wasn’t at all helpful. Otherwise I’m stuck with a cheaply bot, also completely unhelpful. I keep getting emails that my appointment is postponed because they don’t have the equipment needed for the repair. I have been beyond frustrated. It is baffling this company is even in business. It feels like a total scam!

I didn't like that i had to pay $125.00 for him to tell me i need a belt and it wasn't on his truck he was going to have to order it,and cost was going to be $400.00 ,I declined and paid him$125. Shocking my head. The service man was very nice.

We contacted Sears for a garbage disposal repair in our sink. We paid the technician $320 for a part that was to be installed at a later date. The technician kept delaying the installation because the part never arrived. We canceled the installation but did not receive a refund. We contacted customer service on numerous occasions and they either: 1) never called back 2) transferred us ad nauseum (I believe I was transferred to 10 different people in various parts of the world), or 3) couldn’t find the order. When they finally found the order, they said it was under “analysis” in the billing department. I have never experienced such lousy customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible. Below, you will see Sears respond and saying we should call the same number that is staffed by a plethora of unhelpful customer service representatives. Run, don’t walk, from anything associated with Sears.

UPDATE: Finally received the refund check on 12/23/2024 but took much longer than promised. We had issues with their service from the get go. 1st appointment was canceled by them at the last minute. The rescheduled appointment to look at our washer, tech determined we needed a pump ordered so we had to pre pay for the parts plus service call. At time of install, different tech determined we needed a different part to make the repair but we declined due to costs, so they have confirmed in an email from October 16th, they owe us just under $300 for returned parts we paid for. They said a refund check would take 7-21 business days to receive it. NEVER received the check. When you call, you get the run around, nobody will help us. I’ve replied to the email twice now with no response. Clearly, not good customer service, tech service and not a good company to do business with unless you want to be ripped off.

they didn't show up on their first appointment. Second appointment they just took a picture of my house to prove they showed up. Very poor communication. No person to talk to. They just keep sending automated text. Very poor company!

Dissapointed that the tech did not take the time to look up and order the part for my trash compactor. I looked up the part myself via google in 5 min and had the part ordered and shipped to my home
