they didn't show up on their first appointment. Second appointment they just took a picture of my house to prove they showed up. Very poor communication. No person to talk to. They just keep sending automated text. Very poor company!

Dissapointed that the tech did not take the time to look up and order the part for my trash compactor. I looked up the part myself via google in 5 min and had the part ordered and shipped to my home

My washer still not working and is burning, making load noises and of course not spinning. I called the technician to come back and check and he rejected the request because he confirmed that everything was fixed and lie. Now I need to wait 1 more week and see if the next technician is able to fix my washer.
