Your AI system an inability to reach a human is going to be your downfall. You do not list options a person needs and your system fails to have proper information. It is pathetic. I’m actually sorry that I am even with you and purchased Sears appliances. the technician listen to my concerns on the stove that was not working right. Did find tears in my seal around the refrigerator, but did not offer to have it replaced. I have watched the service performed on my plans of the year go downhill as well. At one time they used to pull out the appliance check it well and sweep and clean things but no more they just look at it and if things appear to be OK and you have no base complaint they just let things be as they are. I hope somebody actually reads this and does something about your lame shut off and inability to people to communicate with a human trying to communicate with nothing is worthless and leads you off to a dead end

He wasn't very friendly upon arrival, but he warmed up after he told me I would need a new circuit board to repair my washer.
