The 5 stars is for the technician not for the Sears Home Warranty Service. The entire process from submitting a service appointment request to getting the problem resolved takes entirely too long if a part is needed, etc. I'm not sure how this issue can be resolved with the company but should be considered as a high priority issue in my opinion.

Your reservation system did not work properly - we had changed it to yesterday. No one called to say he was not coming yesterday, so we waited all day. The repairman did arrive about 9 am today, immediately began the repair, and efficiently made the repair, finishing by 9:45. I give the repairman stars but the system only 2 stars.

The repair man was great. Helpful and informative. The system is not so great. I had to confirm my appointment on four different occasions. The person I spoke to on the phone said that the same technician would be able to do my different appliances, but that turns out not to be the case. There are separate technicians for washers than for refrigerators and stoves.

Andrew was a awesome repairman. He went beyond what he needed to do to make sure I understood all options of repair as well as those of home warranty for all appliances, He was jus an A+ I feel as a repairman and needs o be accomadated some how.
