Andrew was a awesome repairman. He went beyond what he needed to do to make sure I understood all options of repair as well as those of home warranty for all appliances, He was jus an A+ I feel as a repairman and needs o be accomadated some how.

Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable and let us know when he would be arriving. Repair only took a few min. He also let me know that they service our area on a reg basis, which in unusual in our area. Thank you.

It was a little difficult getting the repair done after receiving the parts. Although the second repair I dealt with John was awesome 👌🏾

After about 4 tries and a bout a month, the technicians were able to figure out how to fix our GE washer. I’m glad it got fixed, took a bit longer than I would have liked. But I would use this service again because they were able to figure it out and the technicians were nice.

Technician “Bell” did the job fine (I guess). He had trouble getting the bottom element out of the oven and seemed frustrated. He asked for a fan, which I got for him, and that was fine. When he finished he told me that I could take care of the large box that the element came in and the getting rid of the old element. I asked “you don’t take the box?” He said no we don’t take any parts and walked out the door. I was a little shocked because he had turned the oven on but didn’t wait to make sure it got up to temperature. I didn’t even have a chance to thank him. So I cleaned up and turned the oven off and went back to work. Hopefully everything is working fine. I don’t think I will call Sears Homes Services again.
